The Vice President of Continuous Quality Management is responsible for quality assurance and quality improvement across the entire agency under the direction of the President/CEO to assure the highest quality of service provision to individuals receiving support of RSL services.

The Psychologist shall provide psychological services within the guiding principles of Ralph Scott Lifeservices mission, including the principles of best practice and normalization.

Provides oversight and general nursing care and services to persons with disabilities in residential homes and/or the day program. Relies on knowledge, experience, and judgment with limited direction and supervision to accomplish responsibilities.

Qualifications
Applicant Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Good driving record
• At least 3 years driving experience
• Background check
