Applicants must be 18 years or older
Must have a diagnosis of intellectual or other developmental disability
Admission is dependent upon approval of Admissions Committee

Funding Sources

Individuals living in an ICF home must be approved through a level of care determination for ICF services via their assigned MCO. Individuals must meet eligibility requirements for ICF level of care and be Medicaid eligible.

Individuals living in homes licensed as Supervised Living, pay a monthly fee which is determined by the State of North Carolina. Individuals who receive this service will need to have services that are approved by their assigned MCO (Managed Care Operations) via the following ways:

In-lieu of Innovations Medicaid Services
Private Pay agreement Services
